Privacy Policy

We know a photo of your child is personal. This policy explains what happens when you use Baby Reindeer Ride.

What we collect

We collect the photo you upload, the generated Santa outfit image and reindeer video, and your IP address for daily rate limiting.

Why we use it

We use your photo to create the requested image and video. We use your IP address to enforce the free daily limit and keep the service available.

Where processing happens

Our AI provider is Alibaba Cloud Model Studio. Your photo and generated media are processed on servers in mainland China to provide the service.

How long we keep media

Uploaded photos and generated images and videos are automatically deleted within 24 hours. You can delete them immediately at any time using “Delete my photos now” on the results page. The link works while your job is available in that browser.

Training and sharing

We never use your photos or generated media for training, and we never sell or share them with others. Processing by Alibaba Cloud Model Studio is necessary to create your image and video.

Children's photos

Only a child's parent or legal guardian, or someone with their permission, may upload that child's photo. Please do not upload photos of other people's children without permission.
